The kit includes all necessary components to create a tile insert and channel up to 1250mm in length, with a width of 100mm and a depth of 25mm. It accommodates tiles up to 10mm thick, plus adhesive. Included are a base channel, insert tray, end caps, 70mm and 83mm outlets, hole saws, and silicon for installation. Additional silicon or adhesive is required for securing the chosen tile in the insert tray.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
