- Orders are generally shipped from our distribution center, located in Melbourne.It will be shipped within the next working day after full payment has been received.
- Auzzie Store is working with our nominated courier partners to provide the most efficient delivery service at the most reasonable price.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP TO MY CUSTOMERS?
- For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
- For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.
- For customers in VIC, approximately 8 - 13 working days;
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 10 - 15 working days;
- For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 12 - 19 working days.
Please note that the delivery time begins once the payment has been cleared and the item has been shipped from our warehouse (usually within 1-2 business days of receiving the cleared payment). We and our delivery partners cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates or times as it is not within our control. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and natural disasters, delivery times may be impacted. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances. Undeliverable Packages
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
Inaccurate address
If there are any discrepancies in the shipping address provided for your order and the product is returned to us, a member of our customer care team will contact you. Please note that there will be an additional cost for re-delivery of any products that are returned to us.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If you are not present to receive your order when it is delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in your mailbox for you to pick up your parcel at your local post office. If your item is being delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to deliver the item at a time that is convenient for you. However, please note that there will be an additional cost for re-delivery if you are not home at the arranged time.
Rejected by Receiver
If your item is a gift, please make sure the intended recipient is aware of it to avoid rejection of the parcel. There will be an additional cost for re-delivery if the parcel needs to be resent.
Please note that the expected delivery time provided by our courier partners is for reference only and delivery may take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, please contact our customer service team.
To ensure efficient dispatch of all goods at all times, picking up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse.

Delivery Delays:
In the event of delivery delays, please note that we will always need to lodge an enquiry with our courier partner for investigation. It can take up to two business days. If there is no update within the two business days, we will provide a resolution and inform you of the options for replacement or refund.
