Auzzi Store Warranty and Returns Policy

At Auzzi Store, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products unless otherwise specified. Some items may come with an extended warranty, which will be clearly stated in the product listing. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or during delivery.

 

Warranty Claim Process

 

If you need to make a warranty claim, please reach out to us via email and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Any missing parts indicated in the manual (if applicable)
  • Clear images or videos showcasing the product's fault (if applicable)
  • Images or videos displaying the product in its original packaging (if applicable)

For a prompt assessment, ensure that all images and videos are of appropriate size as thumbnails may not provide enough detail. Please do not ask customers to dispose of the items before contacting us, as we might need them for inspection. If goods are disposed of before submitting a claim, we cannot provide credit or a refund.

For faulty or damaged products received during transit, kindly email us with pictures or videos clearly illustrating the issue. If applicable, include the manual with the required part circled and inform us of the quantity. Also, provide a brief explanation of the fault and whether the customer prefers compensation or a replacement of parts/products. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we will advise on whether to send replacement parts, offer a full or partial refund, or replace the entire product. Please do not ask customers to return the product to us unless instructed to do so. If we require the product's return, we will provide a return label. Any postage cost incurred by the customer for return postage will not be refunded unless the return is approved and the return label has been provided.

 

Change of Mind Refund

 

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. For selected products, we offer a 14-day change of mind refund policy, excluding health and safety products, bulk purchases, or items that have been opened and are no longer unopened in their original packaging. To initiate a change of mind refund, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by sending an email with pictures or videos showing the condition of the received product and the reason for the return. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for a change of mind refund. Please do not return the product without consulting us first.

If you have been provided with a return label, we will refund the item price and shipping fee, deducting return postage and a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and shipping fee. For items without a return label, we will deduct a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and shipping fee before processing the refund. In case customers change their minds before receiving the item and require a return to sender (RTS) action, we will refund the item price and shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and shipping fee. Refunds for RTS will be issued after the item is received at our warehouse facility. Please note that all items returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be treated as a change of mind return, including items returned to sender due to being unclaimed.

 

Missing or Damaged Parts under the 12-Month Warranty

 

If a customer receives a product with missing or damaged parts within the 12-month warranty period, kindly ask the customer to email us the following information:

  • Order number
  • Manual with missing or damaged parts indicated
  • Clear images or videos showing the missing or damaged parts
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will carefully assess each case and determine whether to send replacement parts, offer a full or partial refund, or replace the entire product. Please do not ask customers to return the product to us unless explicitly instructed. If product return is necessary, we will provide a return label. Any postage cost incurred by the customer for return postage will not be refunded unless the return is approved and the return label has been provided.
