Warranty and Returns Policy - Auzzi Store

At Auzzi Store (auzzistore.com.au), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This Warranty and Returns Policy outlines our commitment to addressing issues with your purchases, including warranties, returns for faulty products, and change of mind returns. Unless otherwise specified in the product listing, all products come with a 12-month warranty. Extended warranties, if applicable, will be clearly noted in the product description. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or issues arising during delivery.

1. Warranty Claim Process

If you encounter an issue with a product covered by our 12-month warranty, please contact us at shop@auzzistore.com.au with the following details:

  • Order Number: Found in your purchase confirmation email.
  • Missing Parts: Indicate any missing parts as per the product manual (if applicable).
  • Evidence of Fault: Clear, high-quality images or videos showing the product’s issue.
  • Packaging: Images or videos of the product in its original packaging (if applicable).

Important Notes:

  • Ensure images and videos are clear (avoid thumbnails) for accurate assessment.
  • Do not dispose of the product before contacting us, as we may require it for inspection.
  • If goods are disposed of before submitting a claim, we cannot offer a refund or credit.

We will assess each claim individually and may offer replacement parts, a partial or full refund, or a replacement product. Do not return the product unless instructed, and if a return is required, we will provide a return label. Postage costs for returns will not be reimbursed unless we provide a return label and approve the return.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products During Transit

If a product arrives damaged or faulty due to transit, please email us at shop@auzzistore.com.au with:

  • Order Number: Found in your purchase confirmation email.
  • Evidence: Clear images or videos showing the damage or fault.
  • Manual (if applicable): Highlight the affected part and specify the quantity needed.
  • Preference: State whether you prefer compensation (partial/full refund) or a replacement.

We will review the case and determine the best resolution, which may include sending replacement parts, issuing a refund, or replacing the product. Do not return the product unless we provide a return label. Unapproved return postage costs will not be refunded.

3. Change of Mind Returns

For select products, we offer a 14-day change of mind return policy, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. This policy excludes health and safety products, bulk purchases, or items that have been opened. To request a change of mind return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop@auzzistore.com.au with:

  • Order Number: Found in your purchase confirmation email.
  • Evidence: Images or videos showing the product’s unopened condition and original packaging.
  • Reason: A brief explanation for the return.

Return Process and Fees:

  • With Return Label: If we provide a return label, we will refund the item price and original shipping fee, minus return postage costs and a restocking fee (10-25% of the item price and shipping fee).
  • Without Return Label: We will refund the item price and original shipping fee, minus a 10% restocking fee.
  • Return to Sender (RTS): If you request a return before delivery, we will refund the item price and shipping fee, minus a restocking fee (10-25%), after the item is received at our warehouse.
  • Incorrect Delivery Information: Returns due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or unclaimed packages, are treated as change of mind returns and subject to the same fees.

Do not return the product without our approval. Unapproved returns will not be refunded.

4. Missing or Damaged Parts (Within 12-Month Warranty)

If a product has missing or damaged parts within the 12-month warranty period, please email us at shop@auzzistore.com.au with:

  • Order Number: Found in your purchase confirmation email.
  • Manual: Indicate the missing or damaged parts.
  • Evidence: Clear images or videos of the issue.
  • Explanation: A brief description of the problem.

We will evaluate the claim and may send replacement parts, issue a partial or full refund, or replace the product. Do not return the product unless instructed, and we will provide a return label if needed. Unapproved return postage costs will not be reimbursed.
