This Warranty and Returns Policy outlines our commitment to addressing issues with your purchases, including warranties, returns for faulty products, and change of mind returns. Unless otherwise specified in the product listing, all products come with a 12-month warranty. Extended warranties, if applicable, will be clearly noted in the product description. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or issues arising during delivery.

We will assess each claim individually and may offer replacement parts, a partial or full refund, or a replacement product. Do not return the product unless instructed, and if a return is required, we will provide a return label. Postage costs for returns will not be reimbursed unless we provide a return label and approve the return.

For select products, we offer a 14-day change of mind return policy, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. This policy excludes health and safety products, bulk purchases, or items that have been opened.
