At Auzzi Store (auzzistore.com.au), we stand behind the products we sell. This page explains our voluntary warranty, how faulty-product claims work, and our 30-day change-of-mind policy. Everything here applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our voluntary warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, and depending on the product and the circumstances your rights may continue beyond the stated warranty period.
- For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or a replacement.
- For a minor failure, we may provide a repair or another remedy appropriate under the law.
- As the retailer, we will assist you with a faulty-product claim — we won't simply direct you to the manufacturer.
- Faulty-product rights are different from our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind policy: a change-of-mind return is optional and may attract a 7%–25% restocking fee, whereas a genuine fault is covered by your consumer guarantees at no restocking fee.

Voluntary warranty
Unless noted otherwise on the product page, most products carry a voluntary 12-month Australian warranty (some products carry a longer warranty, which will be noted in the listing). This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or modification, normal wear and tear, or damage that occurs during delivery (delivery damage is handled as a faulty or damaged-in-transit claim). This voluntary warranty does not limit your Australian Consumer Law rights, which may continue beyond 12 months.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number, clear photos or a short video showing the fault or damage, and a brief description of the issue.
You don't need the original packaging to make a faulty-item claim. We may assess the product before providing a remedy, which may include replacement parts, a repair, a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate solution. You will not be charged a restocking fee on an accepted faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item. If an accepted faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product needs to be returned, Auzzi Store will cover reasonable return costs. For large, heavy or difficult-to-transport products, we will arrange collection or provide appropriate return instructions. Please don't dispose of a product before contacting us, as we may need to inspect it.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on eligible products, provided the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. This excludes health, hygiene and safety products, and bulk purchases (for example, pallet or pick-up quantities). To request a change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason.
- You are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns.
- A restocking fee of 7%–25% may apply. The exact fee depends on the product, its condition, handling costs, supplier requirements and the circumstances of the return, and we will confirm the applicable fee with you before your return is approved.
- Please don't send anything back before your return is approved. Unauthorised returns may be rejected — this applies only to voluntary change-of-mind returns, not to claims under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Original delivery charges may be non-refundable on change-of-mind returns, where the law allows.
Return to sender
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, it may be treated as a change-of-mind return. Return and redelivery costs may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted. This does not apply where the return resulted from a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, a courier error, or another issue for which Auzzi Store is responsible.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. We can't refund to a different card or PayPal account.
