Overview
Organic bentonite clay is used commonly as a cosmetic for skin but can also be used as an animal feed additive, pet litter, soil improver, or clarifying agent. It is highly absorbent and contains high numbers of negatively charged electrons, which behave almost like magnets when exposed to water and draw out positively charged electrons present in some toxins from the skin. It can also be known as montmorillonite or sodium bentonite.

Bentonite clay is popular in the cosmetic industry and can be used as a cosmetic mask on the skin by mixing it with water to create a thick paste. 30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
