Aeg 18v Brushless 1 4 Trim Router Skin Only is a versatile tool designed for precision routing on timber, laminate, and plastic materials.
The AEG 18V Brushless ¼” Trim Router is engineered for creating intricate grooves and decorative edges. It features macro and micro depth adjustments, allowing for fine-tuning cuts in 0.4mm increments, ideal for cabinetry and furniture. The cast aluminium base enhances stability and accuracy, while seven speed settings (15,000-30,000rpm) provide control for various materials. The transparent dual base design eliminates the need for base plate changes, and a downward-facing LED light improves visibility. A vacuum adaptor is included for dust collection, and safety features such as a line lock-out function and soft-start are integrated. Accessories include a 6.4mm ¼” Router Bit, Edge Guide, Wrench, and Storage Bag. This router requires an AEG 18V Battery (not included).

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
