The Hammer Drill delivers up to 141Nm of torque, with a maximum speed of 2,000rpm and an impact rate of 32,000bpm, making it suitable for drilling into hardwoods, metals, masonry, and concrete. The 4-Mode Impact Driver provides up to 260Nm of torque and features a control panel for selecting the appropriate speed and torque for various applications. This kit also includes two 18V 5.0Ah FORCE Batteries and an 18V 4A Charger, ensuring extended runtime and performance. The included carry case facilitates easy transport and storage.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
