And it comes in a set of three with 40cm, 60cm, and 80cm lengths, allowing for flexible arrangements. Made of 32mm-thick honeycomb board with a melamine finish, the wall shelf can be easily installed within minutes with the included fittings. The extra-thick shelf is strong enough to hold a variety of ornaments, collectibles, books, CDs, DVDs, and more of up to 10 kg. It is also 20 cm wide, so that you need not worry about your items falling off due to lack of width. 30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
