Experience clearer skin with Benzac AC Moderate Strength 5% Acne Wash. Infused with Acrylates Copolymer and Glycerin, this Benzoyl Peroxide-based wash absorbs excess oils while rehydrating your skin, leaving it soft and smooth.

Directions for Use:
Use in the shower as the first step in your three-step acne routine. Wet the area to cleanse, lather the wash, apply, and leave for 30 seconds before rinsing off. Pat dry and follow with your preferred acne treatment and moisturizer. Start with once daily use, gradually increasing to twice daily as your skin adjusts.
Important Note:
During initial treatment, you may experience increased peeling, which typically subsides within a day or two if you temporarily stop use.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
