Whether you plan on walking a few miles per day, playing an active sport, or standing all day for work, finding the right shoe insoles is vital for everyone.
Some insoles on the market are too rigid and may not provide the desired comfort, potentially limiting mobility and movement.
Our full insole has a 3.5mm ultra-slim forefoot design made of resilient urethane foam, with the top covered by mesh fabric. The urethane gel heel pad offers excellent cushioning, and the injected urethane arch support gives structural balance, along with excellent shock absorption and grip, allowing your feet to handle impact over rough, rocky, or uneven surfaces. The arch support section itself is highly durable, returning to its original state even after being stepped on by a vehicle.
These insoles are designed and made in South Korea with a genuine interest in enhancing your comfort. We strive for the best functional insoles by selecting quality materials.
The arch support fits various arch shapes by utilising individual body weight. It is suitable for those who have an arch height of less than 3 cm.
How to use/proper care:
For the best fit, remove your existing insole and replace it with the Bibal Insole.
Place the insole, holding it in place as you slide your foot in.
Clean with running water and air dry.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
