Vitamins/minerals can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For infants 0-6 months, exclusive breastfeeding is recommended; consult your healthcare professional and use only as directed.
Children 7-12 months take 1-2 capsules daily.
Children 1-3 years take 2 capsules daily.
Children 4-8 years old take 3 capsules daily.
Children 9+ years take 4 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take with a meal.
STORE: below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
For children under 5 years, cut the capsule tail and squeeze the contents onto a spoon before administering into the mouth. Alternatively, the dosage can be squeezed onto food.
