Ingredients
Each film-coated tablet contains:
- Theanine 200 mg
- Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha—Shoden®) root dry ext. 28.2 mg, from 1.128 g dry root.
- Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha—Shoden®) leaf dry ext. 31.8 mg, from 1.272 g dry leaf.
- Magnesium (as Magnesium glycinate) 105 mg
- Humulus lupulus (Hops) flower dry ext. 50 mg, from 500 mg dry flower
Directions
Directions: Adults 18 years and over: Take 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before bed. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut, or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
