Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains calcium ascorbate dihydrate 1000 mg (equivalent to ascorbic acid [vitamin C] 826 mg), hesperidin 25 mg, rutoside (rutin) 50 mg, and citrus bioflavonoids extract 100 mg.

Directions

Adults: For general immune system health, take 1 tablet daily. At the first sign of a cold, take 2 tablets daily, or as advised by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal. Break, cut, or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns.
