Directions for Use
Open all hook and loop closures. Lay the brace flat, blue side up, and insert your thumb into the thumb hole. Wrap the brace around your wrist, ensuring a comfortable yet firm fit. Adjust as necessary for optimal support. Avoid applying over open wounds or if you have dermatitis.
Care Instructions
Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean. Hang to air-dry in a well-ventilated area.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
