Care Instructions
Crafted from medical-grade CR neoprene, this splint is latex-free and washable. Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Air dry in a well-ventilated area.
Usage Instructions
Open all closures, lay the brace flat with the blue side up, and insert your thumb into the thumb hole. Wrap the brace around your wrist, ensuring a comfortable yet firm fit. Adjust as necessary for optimal support.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
