1cup = approx. 50ml of espresso coffee
Using:
1.Fill the lower chamber with water, place the filter in, then fill with medium ground coffee ,do not press the coffee down too firmly.
2.Screw the two sections together making sure,the filter and rubber gasket are in place,This ensures a perfect seal and is very important!
3.Place the pot onto your cooking appliance and heat. When the coffee has ceased flowing the percolator should be removed from the heat.

30-day change-of-mind returns

A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
