The Boston Expandable Drain Hose is crafted in Italy, ensuring superior quality and durability. This PVC corrugated hose expands from approximately 1.2 metres to 4 metres, allowing for easy length adjustment to suit various appliance locations without excess coils. It features a flow rate of up to 22 litres per minute and is compatible with hot and cold water up to 90°C. The hose includes one end with a 29mm inner diameter (I.D.) and another with a 21.5mm I.D., with the 29mm end easily convertible to a 19mm I.D. This product comes with a five-year warranty for added assurance.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
