While Lancel is absolutely elegance with his sleek metal, powder-coated frame, it is also sturdy and durable. The frame is easy to keep looking gorgeous by simply wiping it down with a lightly dampened cloth as needed.
Easy to clean
For a touch of texture, both the seat and backrest feature Brosa’s popular Classic Bouclé. The textured loop and soft woolly look you get with bouclé are super unique. To keep Lancel looking his finest, Brosa recommends spot cleaning as needed with Brosa’s Fabric Care Kit.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times from Sydney:

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
