Cagroup 300mm x 5m Black Ubiflex Finio Flashing is a lead-free waterproof flashing solution designed for various roofing applications, ensuring safety and compliance with relevant standards.
Ubiflex Finio is a high-quality flashing product made from Poly Iso Butylene (PIB) with an internal aluminium mesh reinforcement. It features two butyl strips for easy adhesion to roofing surfaces, allowing for quicker installation compared to traditional flashing materials. This product is tested and complies with AS/NZS 4020:2018 for use in contact with drinking water and AS/NZS 4347.1 for water permeability. It remains durable across a wide temperature range and is UV resistant after 3000 hours of exposure. Available in Black, Terracotta, and Grey, Ubiflex Finio is suitable for all flashing applications.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
