Ubiflex Finio is a high-quality flashing product made from Poly Iso Butylene (PIB) reinforced with aluminium mesh. It features two butyl strips for secure adhesion to roofing surfaces. This product is an alternative to traditional lead flashing, eliminating health risks associated with lead exposure. It has been tested to comply with AS/NZS 4020:2018 for contact with drinking water and AS/NZS 4347.1 for water permeability. With its UV resistance after 3000 hours of exposure, Ubiflex Finio remains durable across a wide temperature range, allowing for quicker installation compared to other flashing products. Available in Black, Terracotta, and Grey, it is suitable for all flashing applications.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
