Crafted from a high-quality mix of solid brass, polished chrome and ABS plastic, our mixer tap is meticulously designed to increase efficiency and enhance flexibility with any washing done in your basin. It also features a 35mm drip-free ceramic cartridge that ensures longlasting performance for absolute durability and reliability. Suitable for both hot and cold water use, the mixer tap is WaterMark-certified and WELS-approved to comply with stringent health and safety standards in plumbing and water supply products as well as current Australian standards. The mixer tap is easy to install with all the necessary parts included and fits pipes sized G1/2″.
Note: Back end of mixer tap needs to be installed 52mm-60mm deep into wall. Refer to gallery pictures for more size information.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
