For those wishing to attach their waterer and feeder to a solid timber or iron wall, we have included 4 aluminum brackets and 8 zinc 'needle point’ screws free of charge. These can be fixed to your wall and the waterer and feeder can then simply hook over these brackets.
These waterers and feeders are designed to simply hook onto the mesh of your coop. lf you find that the hooks are too large for the mesh of your coop, you have several options. You could cut the mesh slightly to make the hooks fit, or you could attach several 'quick-links', 'd-shackles' or even cable ties to your coop for the hooks to attach to (quick-links shown in the picture and available from most hardware stores).

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number and photos or a video of the fault. You don’t need the original packaging to make a faulty-item claim. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded and may apply beyond this period.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
