Warnings:
Do not use on open wounds or skin affected by dermatological conditions (e.g., psoriasis & acne). Ensure the surrounding skin is normal and the wound is fully healed before use. If a rash appears, reduce treatment time and consult a healthcare professional.

Directions:
1. Wash hands before and after use.
2. Clean the scar and surrounding skin with mild soap and rinse.
3. Peel the lid from the tray and remove the gel sheet.
4. Cut to fit small scars, ensuring a slight overlap.
5. Apply adhesive side to the scar without stretching.
6. For best results, wear for a minimum of 12 hours per day.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
