For external use only. CICA-CARE silicone gel is flammable. Avoid using around flames and sources of ignition. Ensure the application area is clean and dry before use. If a skin reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

Directions
1. Clean and thoroughly dry the application area. 2. Dispense an appropriate amount of gel for coverage. 3. Gently massage a thin layer into the treatment area. 4. If not dry within 4-5 minutes, remove excess. 5. After drying, cosmetics may be applied over the film. 6. Use at least twice daily. 7. Always replace the cap tightly after use.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
