The filter set is specifically designed with a size of just 0.3µm, making it small enough to capture the smallest particles while also providing a longer lifespan for your air purifier. The Coway Airmega Air Purifier Filter set is a 3-stage filtration system that is specifically designed to remove 99.97% of airborne allergens, odours, and gases. It includes a True HEPA filter to capture ultrafine particles such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, and pollen with an antimicrobial treatment for maximum air purification, as well as two carbon pre-filters to remove odours and gases from the air. The filter set is only 0.3µm in size and provides a longer lifespan for your air purifier. This powerful purifier is perfect for any home or office environment.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times from Sydney:

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
