Crampeze Leg Cramps & Spasms contains Viburnum opulus, an antispasmodic (Cramp Bark) traditionally used in western herbal medicine to help relieve night cramps and mild muscle spasms & twitches.
It contains Ginkgo Biloba to support blood circulation to the peripheral areas of the body (legs, hands, and feet). Ginkgo biloba acts as an antioxidant, reducing free radicals formed in the body.

Directions
