It utilises a crystal formula that gradually absorbs moisture from the air, helping to prevent dampness, rust, and musty odours that can damage belongings. The unit comes with a refillable moisture absorber and one refill pouch, making it easy to maintain. To use, simply insert the refill pouch into the unit, replace the lid, and position it in the desired area. Once the crystals have dissolved, the captured moisture can be discarded, and the unit can be replenished with DampFree Refill Crystals (sold separately). Caution is advised when using near metal and leather goods.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times from Sydney:

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
