Apply to clean, dry skin. Remove the protective film and place the adhesive side directly onto the affected area. For delicate skin, consider applying the patch to clothing. Avoid using on broken skin or bruises, and do not bandage over the patch.
Use only one patch in the same area within 24 hours. Not for use while sleeping or with prolonged pressure. Consult a doctor if you have diabetes, are pregnant, or have skin sensitivities. For external use only. Dispose of used patches in normal household waste.
