DermaVeen Extra Hydration Gentle Soap-Free Wash for Extra Dry, Itchy & Sensitive Skin is fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, non-drying and dermatologically tested.
DermaVeen® Extra Hydration Gentle Soap-Free Wash is a non-foaming, non-drying soap-free cleanser specifically formulated for dry or sensitive skin. The soothing, pH-balanced body wash effectively cleanses skin without stripping it of its natural moisture like soap can. The nourishing ingredients help maintain the skin's moisture barrier.
Suitable For: Vegan friendly. Suitable for all skin types, including skin prone to dermatitis or eczema. For infants, children and adults and for all-over body and face use.
Product Claims: Free from fragrances & parabens, sulfates (SLS & SLES), lanolin, artificial colour & dyes, alcohol (ethanol). Not tested on animals.

Directions
Apply onto a wet puff, wash cloth or hand. Massage into skin. Rinse well. For protective and deep moisturisation, follow with your preferred DermaVeen Body Moisturiser.

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
