Diablo 3 8 Snap Lock Plus Mandrel System is a versatile tool designed for efficient hole cutting in various materials, including hardwoods and plastics.
This mandrel system includes a 3/8” hex shank mandrel, a 1/2” adaptor nut, and a 5/8” adaptor nut, allowing for a cutting depth of 60mm (2-3/8 in) to bore deeper holes in one pass. The snap-lock plus mandrel system enables quick mandrel changes without downtime, fitting all Diablo hole saws from 5/8 in. to 6 in. diameter. It features tool-free plug ejection for fast material removal and a variable tooth design for efficient cutting.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
