NATURE'S SUPERFOOD—This creamy, indulgent caramel Manuka honey with undertones of florals and vanilla can be enjoyed on toast or added to other culinary dishes as a healthy alternative to refined sugars.
MULTIFLORAL MAGIC—Wildcrafted by bees who visit the potent Manuka bush but also other native wildflower sources nearby, multifloral Manuka Honey has a milder flavor that still provides some of the benefits associated with more potent monofloral Manuka Honey.
HIVE TO HAND—With state-of-the-art facilities at our factory, our experienced honey makers ensure that the honey is carefully filtered to remove any foreign bodies before being piped straight into the jar. No preservatives, additives, or extreme heat are used—nothing but raw, unpasteurized, non-GMO Manuka honey ends up in our jars.
CERTIFIED & TESTED—This jar of Egmont Manuka Honey MGO 50+ has been independently tested and contains at least 50 mg/kg of methylglyoxal (MGO).

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
