Directions:
For Elbow Bandage: Measure about 8cm on either side of the elbow. Double this length, add about 3cm, and cut. Draw the bandage onto the arm, cut edge first. Fold the bandage back over itself, taking the second layer 3cm further than the first.
For Ankle Bandage: Measure from the widest point of the calf to the base of the toes. Double this length, add about 3cm, and cut. Draw the bandage onto the leg. Fold the bandage back over itself, taking the second layer 3cm further than the first. For firmer compression, fold the bandage back from the toes.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
