The Emla Skin Numbing Cream is a powerful topical anaesthetic that provides effective numbing for needle insertion, tattooing, and minor cosmetic procedures. Suitable for all ages (excluding premature babies), this 30g tube is perfect for your pain relief needs.

Warnings

Directions for Use
1. Wash and dry the area thoroughly.
2. Apply a thick layer of Emla cream (no larger than 600cm² for adults) without rubbing it in.
3. Cover with an occlusive dressing to prevent leakage.
4. Note the application time on the dressing. Apply at least 60 minutes before the procedure.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
