General Information
The Emla Skin Numbing Patch is a highly effective topical anaesthetic designed to temporarily numb the skin before needle insertion, blood sampling, or minor surgical procedures. Ideal for all ages (excluding premature babies), this 2-pack ensures you have the relief you need when it matters most.

Warnings
If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Do not apply near eyes or on broken skin. Follow the recommended dosage carefully.
Directions for Use
1. Wash and dry the area completely.
2. Bend back the aluminium corner of the patch and gently grasp the beige-coloured layer.
3. Carefully separate the two layers, avoiding contact with the white numbing area.
4. Firmly place the patch on the desired area and press down around the edges for a secure seal.
5. Mark the application time on the patch corner. Apply at least 60 minutes before the procedure.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
