Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not to be used in children under 5 years of age. Andrographis may cause allergic reactions and/or taste disturbances (including loss of taste) in some people. If you have a severe reaction (i.e. anaphylaxis) or develop any adverse symptoms, stop use and seek immediate medical attention. In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.

ADULTS

30-day change-of-mind returns

A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number and photos or a video of the fault. You don’t need the original packaging to make a faulty-item claim. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded and may apply beyond this period.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
