Feast Watson Prooftint Colour Reducer 1L Oil Based Even Finish is a specially formulated dilution base for Prooftint Traditional Stain, designed to create lighter timber shades.
This product enhances the timber grain and is suitable for use with Prooftint Traditional Stain to achieve lighter timber stains. The Prooftint Colour Reducer allows for even distribution of stain over large areas, such as floors, resulting in a consistent colour. It can be mixed with Prooftint at any ratio to achieve the desired colour strength. Preparation involves a simple step of preparing new and previously coated timber as per Prooftint directions. For application, mix Prooftint with the Colour Reducer, ensuring thorough stirring, and test the colour on an inconspicuous area before proceeding.
