The FlexEze Heat Patches provide soothing warmth for targeted pain relief. Designed to fit into the FlexEze Body Wrap, these patches deliver sustained heat for up to 12 hours.
We recommend you do not open the pouch until ready to use. The patch will deliver a sustained temperature above 40 degrees for approximately 12 hours.

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
