Not least, with its energy drawn from the sun, your fountain is practically running at zero costs. And there is more to our fountain than just plain economics. Featuring a brushless DC pump, the fountain can pump up to 1.2m (4ft) high of dazzling water at a flow rate of 230 litres per hour. The solar panels are premium polycrystalline, which means that you get better energy conversion to run the fountain effortlessly. Better still, you can mount the solar panels anywhere within a 5m radius of the water feature. The entire unit comes with all the necessary fittings and accessories for an easy, no-hassle set up.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
