Blood pressure and heart rate readings
When used correctly, the Garmin Index monitor provides reliable blood pressure and heart rate readings. You have the flexibility to take a single measurement or perform three consecutive readings, with the device automatically calculating an average for more precise results. This upper arm monitor ensures you get accurate and consistent data to help manage your health effectively.
Share reports
By syncing your readings with your Garmin Connect, you can easily track your health trends over time. The app provides detailed reports, allowing you to view your blood pressure and heart rate data in 7-day, 4-week and 1-year formats. These reports can be exported as a PDF, making it simple to share your health information with your healthcare provider, either during an in-person visit or by attaching the report to an email. This feature ensures that you and your doctor have a comprehensive view of your long-term health metrics.
Up to 16 users
With the Garmin Connect app, you can create up to 16 user profiles on the Index BPM device, making it easy to track individual readings for multiple people. Each user can sync their personal Garmin Connect account, allowing them to view and manage their own blood pressure and heart rate data independently. This feature is ideal for households or group settings where multiple users need to monitor their health, ensuring that everyone's data is kept separate and accessible for personal tracking and health management.
Battery life
Enjoy up to 9 months of battery life with the 4 included AAA batteries, ensuring long-lasting performance without frequent replacements. Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times from Sydney:

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
