GO MANUKA HONEY contains New Zealand Manuka Honey, sourced from the nectar of the flower from the Manuka tree (Leptospermum Scoparium), a native of New Zealand. Manuka honey is widely regarded as the finest honey in the world with unique properties.
UMF™ 8+ is a quality trademark. The UMF™ rating system independently certifies natural components found in Manuka honey to assure potency, purity, authenticity, and freshness.
MGO 180+ This honey contains at least 180 mg/kg of methylglyoxal as tested by an independent laboratory.

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
