Overview
Mobile notifications require a Nest Aware subscription. Nest Cam is a security camera that you can place inside or outside your home. It has a motion sensor to detect people, animals, or vehicles and will send you alerts if it detects any of those things. It also has night vision and can record up to 1080p at 30fps. You can also zoom in and out and talk through the camera with two-way audio. Nest Cam is easy to install and is battery-powered, so you don't need to install it near an outlet. It is also weather-resistant.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
