Active ingredients per hard capsule: Thiamine hydrochloride (25 mg), Riboflavin (1.3 mg), Nicotinamide (50 mg), Calcium pantothenate (6 mg), Ascorbic acid (22.5 mg), d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (2.5 mg), Ergocalciferol (100 IU), Iron phosphate (2.25 mg), Biotin (15 mcg), Cyanocobalamin (12 mcg), and Betacarotene (225 mcg). Amino Acids: Isoleucine (49 mg), Leucine (35 mg), Valine (35 mg), Alanine (21 mg), Glycine (12 mg).
Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules once or twice daily with water.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
