Overview

Designed to be a permanent covering, our shade sail is commercial-grade 100% polyethylene fabric. This allows cooling air to pass through and help keep the under-shade areas well ventilated. The material also blocks up to 98% of harmful UV rays and is all-weather proof to suit Australian climatic conditions. Plus, the material is further enhanced with Americhem UV-resistant additive from the USA to prolong its UV protection effectiveness.
Keeping the shade in place are marine-grade 5mm stainless steel buckles on each corner with a 38mm webbing that provides high durability and extended performance.
Unlike other shade sails that compromise on quality and cost, our shade sail takes shading seriously and will not settle for inferior materials or components. 30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
