TENSION RELIEF: Black Cohosh is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as an antispasmodic and as a calmative to relax the nervous system. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C maintain and support nervous system health and function.

ENERGY + GENERAL WELLBEING: Vitamin B6 maintains and supports energy production and energy levels. Vitamins C and E are antioxidants that reduce free radicals formed in the body. Vitamins D3 and Menaquinone 7 maintain and support bone health and help support bone mineralisation.

Directions

• Adults only. Take 2 tablets with water once daily, after food, in the morning, or as directed by your health professional.
