Overview
I love these headphones because they are so versatile, and I can use them for so many different activities. I can listen to music, podcasts, or audiobooks while working out or when I'm on the go. They have an integrated ENC noise-cancelling chip that cancels out any background noise so I can focus on my activity. They are also sweat- and water-resistant, which is perfect for when I'm working out. The open-ear design delivers sound through the cheekbone, which is really unique. And the lightweight design means I can wear them all day without getting ear fatigue. The wrap-around titanium frame keeps the headphones stable during exercises. They also have a long battery life—more than 6 hours from one charge. And if I need a quick boost, I can do a 5-minute magnetic fast charge and get an hour of battery life. They also have built-in Bluetooth so I can use them wirelessly.

30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
