The Lockwood 001touch Plus Smart Deadlatch is designed to upgrade the traditional Lockwood 001 Deadlatch to a smart solution, providing enhanced security and convenience. This smart deadlatch features an auto unlock function that activates as you approach, eliminating the need to use your phone. The DoorSense™ technology informs you whether your door is securely closed or left open. With the Yale Home App, you can manage guest access, view activity logs, and control your lock remotely when paired with the Yale Connect Plus Wi-Fi Bridge. The 001touch Plus is easy to retrofit, compatible with most 60mm backset deadlatches, and operates on low power, allowing for up to 10,000 unlocks with a single set of batteries.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times from Sydney:

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty: contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and a brief description. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
