STEP 1: APPLY WITH PRECISION
Ensure your eyebrows are clean and dry. Using the applicator, apply a generous, even layer of the Tattoo Brow Gel Tint, carefully sculpting the product to your desired eyebrow shape for optimal definition and symmetry.
STEP 2: ALLOW TO SET
Let the product dry and set completely. For standard, everyday wear, a minimum setting time of 20 minutes is recommended. For exceptionally long-lasting color and wear, allow the tint to set for up to 2 hours.
STEP 3: PEEL OFF TO REVEAL
Once the tint has fully set, use your fingertips to gently peel off the product. Begin at the inner corner of your eyebrow (closest to the bridge of your nose) and carefully peel outwards towards the tail of the brow for a smooth, clean removal and beautifully tinted brows.

For warranty claims or issues with faulty/damaged items received during transit, please email us your order number, photos/videos of the fault (and original packaging if applicable), and any missing parts circled in the manual.
We’ll assess each case individually to determine whether to send replacements, issue a refund, or replace the product. Do not return items unless we provide a return authorisation, and note that customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without approval.
We offer a 14-day change of mind refund on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases).
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos/videos and your reason for return, but don’t ship it back without our guidance.

In some cases, parcels may be returned to us due to inaccurate addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient. If a parcel is returned, our customer service team will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional costs. For failed deliveries via Australia Post, a collection notice will be left in your mailbox, while Aramex and Allied Express will schedule deliveries in advance. To prevent rejected shipments, please ensure gift recipients are aware of their package arrival. Additionally, certain remote postcodes may not be serviceable, and extra shipping fees may apply.
