Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains sulfites and soybeans. Do not use if the seal around the cap is missing or broken.

Directions
Take one capsule daily with food, 3 months prior to trying for a baby and until you conceive, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

30-day change-of-mind returns

Faulty or damaged on arrival
