Usage Instructions:
Before use, conduct a patch test on a small area of skin. If no adverse reaction occurs within 24 hours, proceed with full application. Heat the wax only in a microwave, following the provided heating guidelines. Avoid using on sunburnt or irritated skin.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for the elderly or diabetics. Avoid use if undergoing dermatological treatments or if you have had adverse reactions to waxes in the past.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times from Sydney:

Tracking is provided on dispatch. Remote postcodes may incur additional fees.
30-day change-of-mind returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on select unopened products in original packaging (excluding health/safety items or bulk purchases). Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
A restocking fee of 7–25% applies, plus return postage (unless approved otherwise). Customer-incurred postage costs are non-refundable without prior approval.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the fault, and the original packaging. Do not return items without a return authorisation.
Warranty
12-month Australian warranty on this product unless noted otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.
- Damage during delivery (claim under shipping policy instead).
- Normal wear and tear.
