Echinacea purpurea herb juice dry 10 mg
Equiv. to fresh herb 400 mg
Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) fruit juice dry, 5 mg
Equiv. to fresh juice 175mg

Directions
DIRECTIONS: Adults: Chew (do not swallow whole) 2 pastilles (soft gummies) per day. Or as advised by your health professional.
