ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS:

Glycine (an amino acid), ascorbyl palmitate (a lipid-soluble form of vitamin C), and purified water.

Directions

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Adults: One sachet (2g) daily with food or as directed by your health professional.
2. Mix well the contents of the unflavored and unsweetened sachet into fruit juice, smoothies, or 200 mL of water. Alternatively, contents can be added to cold foods such as cereal.
3. Consume immediately.
